Adam is a Professional Environmental Scientist with nearly 20 years of experience across western Canada. He is a strategic advisor and engagement point who develops solutions to best serve clients interests in an ever-evolving environment. His experience working with management and executives across environmental policy, management, and sciences fosters big picture thinking and decisive action. Adam specializes in visioning, developing, and advancing strategic initiatives and tactical plans with Indigenous communities, government agencies, industry proponents, and public stakeholders. 

  Karlene is a Registered Professional Biologist with over 10 years experience in B.C., Yukon, and internationally. Her diverse knowledge of physical and biological sciences is demonstrated through international projects on large-scale biodiversity and sustainable land use. She has a strong background in environmental policy, regulations and permitting, and specializes in scientific research, aquatic and terrestrial ecosystems, bio inventories, protected species, impact assessments and monitoring. Karlene is quick on her toes and driven by desire to learn about the natural environment.

  Victor is a regional economic development practitioner with 35+ years of experience on three continents. He is an economic strategist, analyst, and planner with extensive experience assisting local and regional governments, Indigenous communities, and private entities. His specialities include strategic and business planning, economic feasibility assessments, working group facilitation, and decision-making processes. Victor has also taught for various renown universities and colleges throughout B.C. and recently succeeded in his second consecutive term as Mayor for the City of Vernon, B.C.

Cara is a Registered Professional Biologist with over 15 years of experience across Canada. She is an accomplished analytical thinker and researcher, who focuses on spatial analysis, ecosystem modelling, and cumulative effects. Cara brings advanced understanding to complex systems and challenges. Her background is diverse and includes wildlife and habitat management, ecological restoration, contaminated sites, and water quality. Cara is an avid outdoor enthusiast who brings a mountain of passion for positive change.

    Alexandra is Metis Cree and a Registered Professional Biologist with over 15 years of experience in B.C., Alberta, and the Yukon. Her background in ecology, wildlife biology, and toxicology bridges the divide between pure and applied biology, translating scientific rigour into practical management strategies. She works across terrestrial, marine, and freshwater ecosystems, and specializes in wildlife management, habitat classification, species at risk, threat reduction, ecosystem assessment, and regulatory processes. Alexandra shines light and is the President of the B.C. College of Applied Biology. 

   Scott is a Registered Professional Biologist with 30+ years of experience working in B.C. He has a strong background in fisheries management, aquatic ecology, and watershed restoration that is demonstrated through effective and adaptive fisheries recovery strategies for trout and salmon. His speciality areas include fish behavior and life histories, population dynamics and trends, habitat classification and restoration, biophysical inventory, telemetry studies, and environmental impact assessments. Scott is a skilled backcountry operator, active conservationist, and experienced angler. 

    Suzy is an Environmental Specialist with over 10 years experience in B.C. and Alberta. Her background in natural resource conservation, community engagement, and public education promotes awareness, collective action, and ultimately meaningful change. She works across terrestrial and aquatic disciplines, and specializes in environmental protection, effects assessments, mitigation plans, monitoring programs, regulatory processes, and permitting requirements. Her wilderness upbringing along the banks of the Kettle River lead to a deep appreciation for natural areas.  

Meagan is a Registered Professional Biologist with over 8 years of experience along the B.C. coastline.  She is a master’s candidate in marine spatial planning and management who excels at marine biology, aquatic ecology, and marine mammal behavior. Her specialties include scientific research, impact assessments, environmental protection, habitat restoration, monitoring programs, mitigation planning, regulatory processes, agency requirements, permit applications, and completeness reviews. Meagan brings a strong work ethic, effective communication style, and necessary details to the job. 

 Ryan is a Professional Agrologist with over 15 years of experience throughout western Canada. His background in hydrometeorological processes, hydrological modelling, and inter-disciplinary studies enables him to pursue research questions that can be applied in a practical management context. He has an excellent understanding of key water resources issues, and his specialties include hydrological sciences, climate change, cumulative effects, land use modelling, freshwater ecosystems, and watershed management.  Ryan immerses himself in the surrounding environment. 

 Danica is an Intermediate Environmental Specialist with over 5 years experience working throughout B.C. and Alberta. Her background in ecological monitoring, mine reclamation, beneficial waste management and spatial analysis has propelled her to seek tangible solutions for complex socio-ecological challenges. Danica is a skilled learner and leader, working in multidisciplinary environments that require adaptability, creativity, and a passion for positive change. She specializes in vegetation management, terrestrial and aquatic monitoring, technical writing, and spatial data analysis. Brought up along the shores of Kootenay Lake, Danica has always had a deep love for the ecosystems she inhabits. 

Kyle is a Senior Environmental Scientist with over 10 years of experience throughout B.C. His background is primarily focused on fisheries, water quality, hydrogeology, and contaminated sites. His specialty area is Industrial development and captures the entire project lifecycle -   environmental management, planning, assessments, regulation, monitoring, and compliance. Kyle is an excellent team leader and with experience coordinating multiple crews through complex scopes during project development and construction.  He's an avid mountain biker and all around great guy to have on the team. 

Danielle is a registered professional Biologist with over nine years experience. She holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Assessment. Her Master’s thesis concentrated on the application of GIS to assess cumulative impacts, which is her specialty discipline. Danielle has worked on a diverse range of multi-stakeholder projects, from Cumulative Effects Management Frameworks to development of CE tools for shared decision-making and collaborative stewardship. She has also contributed to Indigenous-led CE assessments applying novel ways to weave Traditional Ways of Knowing and Western Science. Danielle demonstrates the soft skills needed for diverse stakeholder engagement, including empathy, understanding, collaboration, and respect.
